On November 8, 2024, PSSEMR School Davangere – IGCSE CAIE held an inspiring Sketching Competition for students in grades VI to X. This event aimed to provide a platform for young artists to enhance their sketching skills, explore new techniques, and express their creativity. Additionally, it encouraged students to work together within their houses, fostering teamwork and unity.

Building Technical Skills in Sketching

The Sketching Competition was designed to help students develop essential technical skills in sketching, focusing on accuracy, shading, proportion, and composition. PSSEMR School Davangere believes that strong technical skills form the foundation of any art practice, and this event provided a structured environment for students to refine their abilities.
