INTRODUCTION
The Inter-House Football Competition for CIE Boys (Classes VI–X) was successfully organized by the Department of Physical Education on 18 July 2026 (Saturday) as part of the Inter-House Sports and Games Programme for the academic year 2026–27. The tournament brought together enthusiastic football players from the four prestigious houses—Tagore House, Gandhi House, Vinobha House, and Raman House—who competed with exceptional determination, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
The primary objective of the competition was to promote physical fitness, teamwork, leadership, discipline, strategic thinking, communication, confidence, and sportsmanship among students. The championship provided an excellent opportunity for participants to enhance their football skills while developing tactical awareness, cooperation, and a healthy competitive spirit.
Throughout the tournament, students from Classes VI to X displayed remarkable energy, commitment, and discipline. The matches showcased outstanding teamwork, accurate passing, excellent ball control, defensive organization, attacking strategies, tactical awareness, and effective communication, making the event a memorable celebration of sporting excellence and house spirit.
